Open Positions
Community Engagement & Development Coordinator
Location: Decatur, Alabama (on-site and community-based)
Status: Full-Time | Independent Contractor
Compensation: $22–$30 per hour, depending on experience (paid monthly)
Probationary Period: 90 days
This position serves as AAHRC’s on-the-ground representative in Decatur, Alabama, supporting fundraising, community outreach, and public programming for the Decatur Scottsboro Boys Civil Rights Museum and the Judge James E. Horton Jr. Legal Learning Center.
